There is something that is even better than life itself!
“Because your love is better than life, my lips will glorify you.” Ps. 63:3
The love of God is better than life itself.
Walk in Authority
”I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you.” Luke 10:19
So many of us don’t use this power! We don’t see God’s power in our health & families because we’re not using it. Church, this is the time to use His power!
There are two kinds of people in the Bible:
- Those with faith, who believe that nothing is impossible
- Those without faith, who are negative and believe everything is impossible
Moses forgot who Jehovah is, yet God showed Moses how everything is easy for God!
“But Moses said, “Here I am among six hundred thousand men on foot, and you say, ‘I will give them meat to eat for a whole month!’ Would they have enough if flocks and herds were slaughtered for them? Would they have enough if all the fish in the sea were caught for them?”
The Lord answered Moses, “Is the Lord’s arm too short? Now you will see whether or not what I say will come true for you.’” Num 11:21-23
The Lord’s arms aren’t too short for you either!
When young David was preparing to fight the giant Goliath, he recalled how God had done miracles for him in the past:
“’Your servant has killed both the lion and the bear; this uncircumcised Philistine will be like one of them, because he has defied the armies of the living God. The Lord who rescued me from the paw of the lion and the paw of the bear will rescue me from the hand of this Philistine.’” 1 Sam. 17:36
We too need to remember how God has done miracles in our lives.
Fight the Enemy with God’s Power
We have an enemy…Satan. He may be attacking you in several areas. When this happens, claim, “I have God’s power and authority.”
“The righteous person may have many troubles, but the Lord delivers him from them all.” Ps. 34:19
